Weeks, live cohort

Seats left

A working accelerator, not a course.

Over five weeks, you'll learn how to sell and deliver AI implementation projects, the kind of work where a small business hires someone to actually set up and run AI tools for them, day to day. You'll leave with a client-ready pitch, a working technical setup, and if things go well, paying clients. This is a pilot cohort: we're testing whether people can be trained into this work with a repeatable path to real income, and we're building the curriculum in the open with the people who take it.

Three things that change what one person can sell.

Every accepted participant is set up to start real client work from week one.

Know-how

A weekly session with someone who’s done it: pitching, pricing, demos, closing, and the technical stack itself. No theory, only the moves that work with a real small-business owner in the room.

$2,548 launch budget

Claude tokens and API access on your own account, your own marketing and outreach spend, and a full year of HoneyBook Premium, all loaded and ready the day you’re accepted. Breakdown below.

Back office

Contracts, proposals, and invoice templates already scoped for this work, inside your free year of HoneyBook Premium. Plus a sales kit, demo scripts, and a social/outreach playbook, so you’re not starting from a blank page.

Also included: a pre-configured HoneyBook account (pipeline, contracts, lead-gen, AI meeting assistant, already set up) and your choice of front, "HoneyBook backed" or a second option, "Myco Labs, powered by HoneyBook." HB does not generate leads for you in this pilot, that part of the test is yours.

You won't be the only one closing deals that month.

Nine other people pick the same five weeks to make their move. You'll compare notes, work through the same objections together, and trade intros. Selling alone is hard, selling alongside nine people who get it is most of the actual unlock.

Technical, not yet implementingAlready implementing, scaling upPivoting out of a tech career

Not a sales bootcamp. A runway for people close to this work.

You're already curious about AI tools.

You don't need a portfolio of client work, you need real interest in the space and a willingness to learn some of it in public.

You know who you'd sell to.

Even loosely, a type of small business, an industry, a niche you already understand. The narrower, the better.

You can give us five weeks.

About three sessions a week for four weeks, then a fifth week of 1:1 coaching focused only on closing, plus your own time to actually go sell. Real availability matters more than experience.

You'd do this today if someone handed you the tools.

If the only thing in your way is funding, structure, or someone in your corner, that's exactly what this is for.

From cold start to your first paying client.

A draft shape for how the cohort moves, this will flex as we learn from the pilot.

1

Week 1

Diagnose, and start your outreach

HoneyBook set up, meet your coach, your marketing budget live from day one, and find where a real prospect's data actually lives before proposing anything. No build yet.

2

Week 2

Pitch, quote, signed contract

Turn that diagnosis into a costed quote and a signed contract, inside HoneyBook. Still no build, no one does free work before a contract exists.

3

Week 3

Build the system, with a second set of eyes

Not just an agent: a CRM your client actually uses, a Second Brain the agent loads every session, then the automations on top. A second agent or session QAs the work before the client sees it.

4

Week 4

Scale past client 1

What repeating this looks like for a second client, reusing what you built instead of starting over.

5

Week 5

Close

Sales only. No group sessions this week, just 1:1 coaching on your live pipeline until the contract is signed and paid inside HoneyBook.

We're funding this seat. Here's the other half of the deal.

This is a partnership, not a handout, we build for you the way you're building for your clients. This first cohort is as much a test for us as it is for you, and we'd rather be upfront about what we need from you than let it go unsaid.

1

Actually sell. That is the whole test.

2

Show up to weekly coaching. Your branding rights stay active while you are an active participant. If you miss sessions, we check in first, we do not pull you automatically.

3

Use HoneyBook to manage your own clients. That's how we track the rev share.

4

Work under a rev-share model, structure only for now: a recurring share on new HB subscriptions you bring in, a placement fee on projects HB helps surface, a referrer fee if you sell HoneyBook itself, and better terms once you hit 3 verified clients. We won't hand you a number we haven't proven. Real levels come once we've run this with real people.

5

Tell us the truth on pricing, and on whether this model works for you. That is as much the test as landing clients.

On leads

HB does not generate leads for you in this pilot. We only step in if the pilot shows people genuinely can't land real client work on their own outreach, and if that happens, it means the model is failing, not that we should patch it with HB sales effort. No promised leads, here or anywhere else.

Quick answers.

Do you take a cut of what I earn?+

Yes, but only once you’re generating real revenue: a recurring share on new HoneyBook subscriptions you bring in, a placement fee on projects HoneyBook surfaces, and a referral fee if you sell HoneyBook directly. Terms improve once you’ve closed three verified clients. Nothing is owed before that.

What stage do I need to be at?+

You don’t need a portfolio of implementation work. You do need real curiosity about AI tools and a rough sense of who you’d sell to, this is a runway for people close to this work, not a launchpad from zero interest.

Is this remote?+

Yes. The group sharing session is live over video, your weekly coaching call is 1:1. You can be anywhere with a decent internet connection.

How is the $2,548 made up?+

$500 toward Claude tokens and API access on your own Claude account, $500 for your own marketing and outreach — $1,000 in real cash, loaded onto a prepaid card once you’re accepted — plus a full year of HoneyBook Premium, a $1,548 value at full price.

What happens after five weeks?+

You keep the HoneyBook account, the clients, and everything you’ve built. The rev-share structure continues on client work that came through the program going forward.
